Our fulfillment center is typically very efficient in processing orders. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we can update your address. Please send your updated address to info@thefomonation.com, and we will check the status of your order to make the necessary changes if possible.
In most instances, we strive to ship your order in full, ensuring that all items are in stock. However, if one of your items has a longer fulfillment time than the others, we may provide split shipping. This allows us to send the available items first, so you and your little ones can enjoy them sooner. Once the remaining items are back in stock, we will promptly ship them to you.
In the rush of checkout, it’s possible for email addresses to be entered incorrectly. If you haven’t received an order confirmation email but believe your order was successfully placed, please contact us at info@thefomonation.com with your Order Number. If you don’t have your Order Number, kindly provide the following details:

We will do our best to locate your order and resend the confirmation and shipping notification emails to the correct address.
Occasionally, when an order is declined, you may see an entry on your credit card account while reviewing your bank’s website. However, if the order was declined, this entry is likely a temporary authorization rather than a confirmed charge. Rest assured, you will not be charged for or required to pay the authorization amount.
Another common reason for pending authorizations on a credit card account arises when the issuing bank notifies that the credit card’s security code (CSC) or expiration date has been entered incorrectly. In many instances, the bank may still approve and authorize the transaction despite this error. However, if the eSellerate system receives a warning from the bank regarding the incorrect CSC or expiration date, it will decline the transaction, even if the bank has authorized it. This policy is designed to protect both the cardholder and eSellerate from potential fraudulent charges.
When a bank authorizes a transaction but issues a warning about an incorrect CSC or expiration date, and eSellerate subsequently declines the transaction, the original authorization may temporarily remain on the account.
Returning an item is simple! Just email us at info@thefomonation.com, and we will send you a shipping label. Please include your Order Number, Name, Mailing Address, Email, and Phone Number in your message. Once your request is approved, we will send a prepaid return label to your email. Please use this label to return your item(s) to us. Note that refunds will incur a $7.50 shipping and handling fee per order.
Any unworn and unwashed product with tags still attached is eligible for return.
To qualify for a refund (subject to a $7.50 shipping label fee), returns must be initiated by emailing info@thefomonation.com and received back within 14 days of purchase. While we provide return labels, customers are responsible for printing them.
Please note that we do not accept used items; however, we are happy to assist with any manufacturer defects or warranty replacements.

Cancellations requested more than one hour after purchase will not be accepted.

Our distinctive fabrics and prints are custom-made! Please note that due to the dyeing and printing techniques used in creating these unique fabrics, colors may vary slightly.
All of our fabrics are selected with children in mind, ensuring they are soft and stretchy for optimal comfort and freedom of movement.
We utilize multiple different fabric blends based on the style of the garment, with most items crafted from a high percentage of soft, stretchy cotton.
